IYFM NewsSheet attempts to provide information and inspiration for its readers by:

• advising of future Satyananda Yoga events in UK-Ireland and in mainland Europe (if the program is to be conducted in English medium), that readers may be interested to attend.
• reporting on past Satyananda Yoga events.
• reporting developments in the teaching of Satyananda Yoga, for example in new or different areas of society.
• giving contact information for UK-Ireland Centres, and for individual teachers geographically distant from Centres, who actively promote and propagate the teachings of Paramahamsa Swami Satyananda, Paramahamsa Swami Niranjanananda and Bihar Yoga Bharati.
• providing a link with the activities in India, at Paramahamsa Alakh Bara, Bihar Yoga Bharati and Bihar School of Yoga.
